1. The minimum age requirement to book is 21 years old. 2. Pets are allowed. A $60 per pet cleaning charge will be added to your reservation. Undisclosed pets will incur a minimum $250 fine. Please do not let your pet on up any furniture (beds, couches, chairs). Please clean up after your pet uses the bathroom outside. Extra cleaning charge will be charged if pet waste is not cleaned up. Unfortunately we can not allow cats as one of our owners has a severe allergy. 3. No smoking of any kind in the house (includes vaping). Smoking is only allowed outside in our backyard or on the front porch. Discard ashes and cigarette butts in the designated ash tray. If smoking is detected inside the home, this will result in a $1000 fine. 4. Please no wearing shoes in the carpeted areas. 5. No parties allowed. Registered guests only after 10 pm. If you’d like to have a small gathering, please contact us to see if we can accommodate your needs. 6. All guests must also be listed in the guest count. Minimum fine of $50 per person per night will apply for any undisclosed guests. 7. Please report any damages immediately. Any damages that exceed the deposit must be paid for by guests and will be reported to Airbnb. 8. No refunds will be given for COVID-19 or weather related cancellations. Please consider purchasing trip insurance that covers any unforeseen circumstances. 9. Any cleaning or maintenance issues must be addressed to the host. We must be able to attempt to fix the issue before offering refunds. If an issue is not addressed during the stay, no refunds will be provided 10. The pellet stove is not available for guest use.

Guests will have access to the entire house.
